We collect your name, contact details, payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm number, and transaction history. We do not store full card numbers and we do not sell your data to third parties under any commercial arrangement.

Our platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your last lobby section. Analytics cookies track aggregate usage patterns only — no individual browsing profile is built or shared with advertisers.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We require email verification on account creation and flag logins from unrecognised devices with a secondary confirmation step sent to your registered mobile number.

Data Retention

Transaction and account records are retained for as long as required under applicable Indian financial regulations. Once the mandatory retention period lapses and your account is closed, we delete personal data within 30 days of your written request.

These terms apply to every person who opens or uses a betesen account. Access is available only where local Indian law permits the activity in question. If you are located in a state where certain activities are restricted, those sections of the platform will not be available to your account.

We will always notify you of material changes by email before they take effect. Minor editorial corrections may be made without advance notice but will be logged with a version date on the terms page so you can track what changed and when.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising from your use of betesen that cannot be resolved through our support process is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, subject to the specific activity being permitted under local state law.
